Bodies In Motion Chiropractic DBA Rock Creek Spine & Rehabilitation Center provides chiropractic care, spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, corrective exercises, wellness consultations, and related health services. Our goal is to help patients achieve optimal musculoskeletal health and overall wellness through personalized, evidence-informed care.

All services are provided by licensed Doctors of Chiropractic and qualified support staff in accordance with Colorado state regulations.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

• Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or patient portal.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for new patient appointments to complete any necessary paperwork.
• We request 24 hours’ advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.
• Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) may result in restrictions on future booking.

We reserve the right to manage our schedule to ensure timely care for all patients.

3. Consent to Treatment

By receiving care at Bodies In Motion Chiropractic DBA Rock Creek Spine & Rehabilitation Center, you consent to chiropractic examination, diagnosis, and treatment, which may include spinal adjustments, manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, and other procedures deemed appropriate by your chiropractor.

You understand that:

• Chiropractic care is generally safe but, like all health interventions, carries some risks (e.g., temporary soreness, stiffness, or rare complications).
• You have the right to ask questions, receive information, and refuse any proposed treatment at any time.

4. Patient Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Follow recommended home care instructions, exercises, and lifestyle advice to the best of your ability.
• Treat our staff and other patients with respect and courtesy.
• Comply with all clinic policies regarding health and safety.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a patient is disruptive, non-compliant, or poses a risk to staff or others.

5. SMS / Text Message Program

We may send appointment reminders, care updates, and other important messages via SMS/text.

Age Restriction: Users must be 18 years or older to participate in the SMS program. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

6. Privacy and Protected Health Information (PHI)

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your health information in compliance with applicable laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
